So..apparently mayor puts back the shovel in the painting when he finds It....weird😂 or maybe U can insert the shovel in the painting by trowing it there...in any cade...It's not normal..but funny to say the least😂

When you trow a item in a place spawn the item, it stays there as if you hadn't picked up the item
like, you picked up a shovel at the mayor's place, then you throw another item in the same place you picked up the shovel, he will leave the item standing there as if he were going to pick it up.
