I don't get why people say the new lighting is too dark (my eyes actually see the old lighting as darker)

In my opinion the new one is way too bright outside but it is way to dark in poorly lit parts of the house

For example that level 3 zone in map 4 is so dark because the one light source is very dim

The new lighting is only really dark when there's only 1 - 2 kids left

And there's no shadows/fog like before

I like the old one better especially because its a little darker and there's the fog

I think its because lights only show light when you are really close to them so when you are a bit far away from any form of light its pretty dark
