New class idea...

So this idea will be for a character that hasn't been used. THE VANDAL!. Now ik people don't want more hn2 or adults in secret neighbor. But the vandal isn't in hn2 and he is about the age of the average teenager. His abilities would be spray painting which would be useful. And they can bash down doors easier. They would also throw stuff harder resulting in more damage.
