I've bought the HN2 Deluxe Edition, in my account I don't have any problems to play the game and the 3 dlc, But in the my son's account him only have acess at the main game, the DLC appear to purchase.
I 've report this issue to Playstation Support and they said this issue it's with you.
Can you help me please?

Yes, this is usually the case - and it works like this for the actual game, but not the DLC. I think it’s up to the developer of the game. There isn’t really much you can do except buy it again.

I have this on steam too somehow. if I run the game with steam (which eats memory) I see the DLC, but when I run the game without steam, I don't see them.
