I had one match as Neighbor recently, and even after the number tweaks for the characters, the scout is till the biggest problem and being in groups too.

Im always looking forward to be a Neighbor, and when i am, i get absolutely trashed on.
There were 2 people and that was enough for them to stay alive, i tried to knock one down, didnt work, cus leader exists and choc. bars and milk. (and scout). It isnt fun anymore, and you feel as Neighbor like a shooting range dummy.
After few mins. not catching anyone, or blocking them in one room (they were too smart for that), they had 1 last lock left and then all 6 of em' were in one group, there was no way of seperating them, or setting traps to make them get caught and catch the free one.
After that i just left the match, cus i dont want to have a bad day after some unbalanced game and i'll rather have balanced, fair fun...
This game isnt even about keeping your identity secret, it aint possible.

But, it is the best to play against a skilled players who knows what to do, it forces you to try to think what to do next. Being a neighbor does not mean being automatically a winner.
A losen match as a neighbor while the match was long and hard is incomparably better than win the match just by run and catch and run and catch and nothing interesting between, it is over after 3 minutes and then what..
