Hook Wars has been wanted for years now, and it's finally added...only just to disappear a week later. People have been playing Slingshot Wars, Rifle Wars, and Prophunt brawls for months now. They deserve something new for longer. However, I'm not just here to talk about that. It makes me think of something: Custom Games really need to have some improvement in general! Why should Custom Games be enforced to keep the same brawl mode that is on the brawl rotation? Why can't all four brawls be available for selection all year round? (with Snowball Wars returning for Winter time)
It'd be like this, when you select 'Brawl' in Custom Game, it will default to 'Random' so every match you play will select a random brawl, OR the host can select a specific Brawl to guarantee it. It will make everyone who plays brawl happy and prevent people from getting mad that a brawl they really like was rotated away.
However, that isn't all I'm going to be addressing here. I'm certain Brawl players feel disappointed with real lack of rewards when they play Brawl, so I have ideas of how to fix that. Brawl Daily Quest and each brawl gaining its own reward system.
Slingshot and Rifle Wars will give XP for the following:
Damage Dealt - Up to 250 XP (will also provide coins)
Teammates Revived - 25 XP for every player revived, cap of 150 xp.
Damageless - 20 XP (Beat any round without getting damaged)
Winning - 100 XP (will also provide coins)
Losing - 20 XP
Prophunt will get rewards for the following:
Explorers:
Damage Dealt - Up to 150 XP (will provide coins)
Sonarless - 150 XP (Win a round without using Super Sonar.) (will provide coins) (SIDE NOTE: The sonar MUST be offered to the players first for this to be given. Explorers can't just instantly kill the prop to get this extra 150 XP)
Inspiration - Like the leader, inspiring your teammates to run will grant XP
Bathtubs Remaining - 10 XP per Power Bathtub
Winning - 100 XP
Losing - 20 XP
Prop (will grant XP to Clown Neighbor.):
Powered Up - 15 XP per Power Bathtub (Basically use all bathtubs you can to gain XP) (will grant coins)
Time Spent Alive - Up to 250 XP if 15 minutes pass.
Shapeshifter - 5 XP for everytime you change forms (Capped at 5 XP per every 60 seconds to prevent grinding.)
Close Call - 100 XP (Win a round close to dying)
Winning - 100 XP (will grant coins)
Losing - 20 XP
Booyah Wars. I haven't played yet so I'll add on if I can play it.
I have one more suggestion, and that's to add Daily Quests to Brawls to give them more of a reason to play them. Some examples for Brawl Daily Quests are:
Revive teammates 5 times in Rifle Wars/Slingshot Wars
Win 1 Match in Prophunt as the Prop/Explorer
Use Ten Powerup bathtubs as the Prop in Prophunt
Hook a total of 6 different Neighbors in Booyah/Hook Wars
If you don't want to add this, then PLEASE just for now make Hook Wars the current brawl for another week. There's people INCLUDING ME who haven't played it yet.
