Now every AI is very similar so I have a idea to differentiate all locations.

Crime scene: Add Leslie to the crime scene so it can be a dual AI house, Maybe Leslie can leave the house and drive around as one of his AI task.

Bakery: Let the Baker through pastry’s at the player spanning from Baguettes, Croissants and Pie’s.

Taxidermist: he already has a gun so he’s fine but definitely fix his AI movement to be more smooth so he doesn’t just stop there.

Mayor: Have Skipper as a guard dog and let him be distracted by the steak for 1 minute and the steak will be gone and return to the grill after 2 minutes and give the Mayor motion detectors.

Mr.Peterson: give him pre set bear traps that he can reset and have motion detected bear trap launcher that shoot when activated.

Skipper was originally a guard dog in the beta so I don’t think they would change it back

Map not enough to drive around. If Leslie drives, he would have to drive in circles.

I think that Skipper should be friendly for 1 minute after you give him the steak so you can pet him but there will be more risk to run around the yard when he returns to his attack state.

Right now Skipper guards a dirt pile until you gave him a steak

There's not much in the yard so I don't see the reason why we should even have risk.
It makes sense for him to chase us before the steak, since we have to dig the dirt pile. But after that? Nothing.

That’s the point I think it will make it challenging and make up for the Mayor’s short chase area

Yeah but there will be a pattern,
When we give him steak he will be friendly for 1 minute but after 2 minutes the steak will be gone and a new steak will be one the grill.

I'm not gonna lie, some of what you've suggested here isn't very.... good

But I absolutely love Mr. Peterson using bear traps against the player in an adaptive way

I just don't think having Leslie drive around the neighborhood would fit well into the game

And I don't think having Skipper as a reacurring threat would be fun

I think it would get repetive, going to the same grill to get a respawning steak to give to him

#

Although it would be pretty epic as a one time thing

Maybe he could guard the lawn, making it near impossible for you to enter the mansion

But you could tame him by throwing a doughnut

The point of a guard Skipper would be a real obstacle that can block your path but not be impossible to get past

It’s not like he will chase you through the open world
