First of all I miss the symbolism and the somewhat underlying deeper message of the other games like hn1, hnvr and hide and seek and I also miss the mysterious and kinda stranger things vibes from earlier hn2 where things where more focused on investigating not just the neighbor but the guest and the whole town as well while your being stalked by the guest in the open world.
