As we all know Mr.Peterson has a thing for boobytraps, so maybe add trip wires, pre set bear traps and motion activated bear trap shooters.

Basically the motion activated bear trap shooters are like a motion detector alarm but instead of a noise it shoots out a bear trap.

Nah the bear trap shooter isn’t good, they kinda want all the events to the game (under very certain circumstances) able to happen in real life, and those don’t exist

I’m pretty positive that the fire extinguisher jump is a built in mechanic, because there is a animation for it.

The neighbor should occasionally check some kind of security room

If he happens to spot you on the cameras he's placed, he'll run to your location

There should also be a maximum amount of cameras, maybe like 4
