Already tried: Resetting Progress, Loading Last Save, Switching PC's, Reinstalling the game as a whole and aggressively flicking the lever in hopes it returns

this is literally the only thing preventing me from beating act 1(?)

i should probably mention this is the xbox copy on pc, kinda like a weird frankenstein of both platforms
