Small summary to what i think would make it less combat based. Add more gates/ways to split up people, add the portable radar to every neighbor (give the ability to see kids through walls a longer cooldown though), add some way to discourage neighbors from fighting the kids, rework combat classes like scary neighbor and otto to make them less combat based and lastly, make it more socially focused.
