The Pin Board is meant to be a way to learn new stuff about the Story and connect things together, currently it’s just another CCTV so where’s how to make it better:

Advance the Pin Board, first thing that should be done is to size up the Pin Board, maybe it’s Beta size which can definitely fit in the area the Pin Bord is in right now, some things that should be done is Updating the Pin Board based on what we find, if we find something new in a House, in the Town, Anywhere, that will get added to the Pin Board, along with connecting things for the story such as The Cult being connected with the Day Segment Characters and the Keys to the Museum, how Gerda is Alien Kid, M.J./MITH being friends with Otto, how Quentin is M.J./MITH Replacement after he went missing, Beatrix being missing, The Guest, Aaron, Petersons Family, The Park, The Tapes, The Mayor being Golden Apple Owner, The Golden Apple Coins, ETC, these are all things that should be pointed on the Pin Board.

Watch Notifications, in the Beta your Watch would notify you each time the Pin Board got updated, this is something that should come back to let you know your unlocking more of the Story.
