Add Spikes to the Bear Traps

This was an odd removal but the HN2 bear traps has no spikes on them, not sure if it was a choice that you guys wanted to remove it but it would be nice to have them back, the HN1 bear traps had them.

It makes more sense to not have spikes

The traps in hn2 are legal hunting traps

And it also makes sense why they don't harm quentin beyond repair
