you are unable to select the 5th inventory slot you got from pre-ordering (i think?). if you pick up an item, it will select the 5th slot, but if you select another slot afterwards, you are unable to select it again.
reproduction steps:
- pick up 5 items, making sure the 5th slot is selected and has an item in it
- select any other slot (1-4)
- try to select 5th slot again (won't work)
- you can also try selecting 5th slot while it doesn't have an item in it, it will still not work.
