New Catch Anims for other neighbors

I liked how patch 9 had multiple guest anims for getting caught so maybe add different catch anims for the other neighbors as well to add some variation rather than just the same animation repeating.

and add some setting making you able to skip jumpscares

for the people with 4 second attention spans
