Officer Nielsen has been stuck in that same spot for the past 20 minutes and won't even respond to the alarm going of. This is on patch 8 since patch 9 isn't out yet on consoles. Also I'm playing on PS4.

Hey! Have you tried loading your save game and see if that gets him unstuck?

Since then I have completed the game and I'm in free roam. Mr peterson even got stuck and won't even catch me if I get really close to him. I will try to load my last save tho.
