How to make Simultaneous Updates

Now I’m unsure if this is possible, but as we know TBs goal is to get Simultaneous Updates (Getting out Updates on all Platforms at once), what should be done is instead of starting Ports after the Update releases on one Platform, instead Port all changes and Updates the Devs make as they work on a Patch, so that once a Patch is ready, it will also be ready on other Platforms.
