all (and I mean all) of the icons are squished, and out of the card's boxes, its pretty much impossible to not notice after you notice, and it has been like this for years
Text Boxes go behind the Neighbor cards for both Finch and Quentin, making it really hard to read Finch's bio on some platforms and resolutions
Quentin's bio (even if its wrong) should be "A nimble and observant rookie reporter from the big city."
if Enzo is able to get the name "The Detective" in his bios, why cant Quentin?
and speaking of Quentin, his perk bio for Hot News is INCREDIBLY vague, it should be something like "due to being connected to the press network, The Journalist is always aware of the newest happenings around him, seeing it from anywhere in the house." or something like that
ANYTHING that explains the ability in further detail
"Hot News" is also named wrong, as its "Hot news" in-game, Perk Names have always followed a "first letter is always Capital" format until the Guest released.
Cooldown: 5... 5 what..? miles? hours?
This should be seconds
and also probably rewritten entirely as its just hard to understand
again just like the others, the name should be "The Journalist" not just "Journalist"
now onto Neighbors
Guest's abilities "Scary Croak" and "Crow Sense" are also mis-capitalized, being lowercase second words.
Same as Quentin, it should be "The Guest"
also again, with the Cooldown, 8 what, metres? hours?
This should be "Grumpy loner who doesn't like intruders, loves to shoot on sight"
instead of insuinating that there is someone who DOESNT like to shoot on sight, it should be stated directly that he shoots on sight.
"Toy Shotgun"
If it's a Toy Shotgun, why does the next line IMMEDIATELY contradict that and say that it's "Not a fake"?
Also proper grammar of this would be "Not a fake Shotgun, with 6 rounds and a fairly wide spread. Reloading on this Shotgun is manual."
Personally I would change this to
"The Neighbor can disguise himself as the nearest child by tapping the Ability key, or select who to disguise as, by holding it."
and Fake Crow's description to
"Creates a fake crow, that alerts the Explorers as if it was a real Crow, throwing them off the trail of the keys." or something like that, make it mention that it acts like a real crow."
The next bit of this will just be me rewriting descriptions
starting with Ghost!
"Transform between your spiritual form and physical forms, the Spirit form can fly, use abilities, and cannot take damage, however it cannot carry items or grab Explorers, the Spirit form also sees better in the dark, however is a tad bit scared of the dark, and cannot swap back to the Physical form while in the light."
"The Ghost interferes with On Lights in a certain radius, causing half of the affected ligths to turn off!"
"The Ghost can slip through walls, obstacles, and keycard doors, as long as they aren't too thick. This leaves a slime stain that can be used to block doors for a short while."
Now, our favourite beaked creature, the Guest!
"After a short buildup, the Guest can perform a powerful jump, if held when landing on a wall, the Guest will cling to it, allowing for vantage points, or to make another big bounding leap. Be warned, this ability consumes stamina!"
"When the Guest is focused, he can echolocate the area around him, allowing him to see where those pesky Explorers are, the longer he focuses, the more he can hear!"
"Cooldown: 8 seconds
The Guest makes a frightening croak, terrifying all Explorers in the radius, causing them to drop their items."
Now to my personal favourite, the Clown!
"The Clown throws a smoke bomb, limiting Explorers' vision within a 20-meter area in a cloud of smoke, damaging and slowing them down in the process."
"Dazzles a Explorer who has escaped from the Clown's clutches."
"Pressing the Ability key transforms the Clown into a random household object, holding it down opens up a wheel of selectable objects, the Clown can still interact and catch kids in this form, be warned though, his disguised form has a mustache, which makes him stand out from the other objects, so hide well!"
Now, my personal least favourite, Butcher.
"The Butcher throws a meat hook, that can pull up kids and objects, as well as flick levers and open doors!"
"Just like the animals he used to hunt, the Explorers leave traces of them behind, which the Butcher can see and follow."

Now, onto the kids, starting with 
PASSIVE
The Bagger is heavier than the other Explorers, slowing down the Neighbor when caught
Strong Knees is fine
QUEST: Drink Milk to become stronger, after 4 Cartons have been drank, an additional inventory slot will unlock and the time to unblock locked cabinets will be cut in half for the remainder of the event
Next up, everyones favourite baseball wearing maniac, 
Entire Perk Rename
"Swing Batter Batter!"
"Pressing the Ability key allows you to swing your bat, knocking objects thrown at you, back to the sender!"
Counter-Strike
"QUEST: Counter-Strike can be charged by being courageous to your team, whether it be by disarming traps, saving fellow Explorer's from the Neighbor's grasp, or helping them up from being knocked, or out of traps! When Counter-Strike is charged, Brave becomes immune to Fear.
Counter-Strike resets upon being knocked down by any means."
Now, to my little baby, 
Field Intel is fine
"QUEST: Upon collecting 3 keys via "Field Intel", this ability unlocks.
Using this ability highlights the location, and color, of one key scattered in the house, this ability resets after being used."
ENTIRE PERK RENAME
"Insider Intel"
"Cooldown: 10 Seconds
The Detective is able to reveal locations of useful objects within the environment, such as Flashlights, Milk, Chocolate, and Crowbars!"

Reverse Engineering
"QUEST: Find 6 Gears scattered around the Neighbor's house, and gain the ability to use the Neighbor's clocks, allowing you access to his passageways!"
Metal Detector
"Beeps when held next to keys, keycards, and gears! Use this to help you sniff out where that key you just cant quite find is!"
now, onto the one who started this whole operation, 
Inspiration
"Cooldown: 18 seconds
The Leader inspires all Explorers within a 10-meter radius, healing and speeding them up, and healing them of all negative ailments!"
Teamwork (is one word, in-game its Team Work)
"QUEST: Stick together with your fellow Explorers for a total of 8 minutes and gain the ability to blind the Neighbor when using "Inspiration", for each player that is nearby, time is counted double towards this ability."
Stress Resistance (in-game its Stress resistance)
"The Leader's stun time is cut in half by default!"

Finch!
Slingshot
"The Scout wields a slingshot, loaded with nuts that deal 5 damage per hit, holding down the fire button causes a power shot, which does double the damage!"
Evasive Maneuevers
"Hit the Neighbor 3 times in quick succession and gain a small speed boost, great for quick get-aways!"
