Bring back the mobile phone (AI distractions)

I think the mobile phone from the Hello Neighbor 2 Alphas should be brought back to Hello Neighbor 2

I think it should work like this:

You should be able to find the mobile phone hidden somewhere in the town and you should be able to "prank call" the AIs by using the mobile phone so their attention can shifted to answering their phones so you can sneak by the AIs

And obviously for this to actually work the AIs should also have some kind of phone in their houses

When I say "their" I'm reffering to the AIs

TLDR: bring back the mobile phone and have it work like it did in the Hello Neighbor 2 Alphas but with a few changes

to add on it would be cool if the AI actually talked through their phone

and we could hear them from the other end
