I feel like the chase area should be expanded to the museum roof and porch since the whole lawn is a bit big and would make it less common to run into the AI because he might be outside.

I agree they should make a boundary though on where they can go on the high grounds
in the first game the neighbor's AI could do that but he mostly fell down during chasing the player

The whole reason why Ted doesn’t leave the Museum boundaries is because he doesn’t want to be seen, IMO he should stay inside, but if you anger him too much he will start to chase around the perimeter.
