Its supposed to be present always and it was originaly but patch 7 or 8 broke it i Think the problem is that the path is currently connected with the mayors house sublevel and the sublevel spawns in at day 4 to fix this simply make the path a non sublevel

To be specific i mean the path that goes from the main road to the fountain it doesnt spawn in until day 4 but originally it was always present so i assume this isnt intended
