There is a custom animation for when you're caught hiding and more. If you're being chased and you decide to climb a ladder and they catch you, there should also be a custom animation for them catching you while on a ladder.
Adding this would not only increase the immersion but it would also fix a bug that is currently in the game, where the catch animation would just kind of break if you're climbing a ladder and you are caught. Sure, you could just fix this issue and move on with your day, but I think it would be really cool if there was a custom catch animation while on a ladder.
