The game consider that every kid wins and the neighbor loses when just 1 kid enters in the basement. I thinks that would be better if only kids that entered the basement are winners and the neighbor wins depending on how much kids entered the basement. Like if there is 3 kids or more that are in the basement, the neighbor loses.

I don't know, when a kid enters the basement, he automatically looses, since the kid would then escape.
Just to mention that in alpha phase you barely enter the basement, you win, no time for neighbour to catch at least 1 kid.

Well I think that you get less experience and coins if you got caught but you win (by a kid who entered the basement).

because neighbor will have less xp/coins, even if he did his best
He would then get a bonus of experience and coins when the door is open.

if the kids combo the neighbor in a fight, he can't do anything
for me the only neighbor that is good enough to counter this is otto
if the kids are busy comboing the neighbor then they cant progress
but they can makes groups
they can block doors
they can kill the neighbor
and by the time he's finally with the kids they had the time to search in somes rooms
i dont think ive ever seen the kids group up on any map other than the circus, and that map sucks anyways
and the kids being able to group up and fight the neighbor is a game flaw anyways
this game shouldn't be combat based and they should focus and removing this issue on top of anything.
Also normally the kids that get caught don't even get the victory rewards because they leave the game immediatly
so they should still get the winning rewards for having the patience to stay and watch
The neighbor should 100% loose if even one kid makes it, however making the other kids loose wouldn't be a bad idea

i mean he would probably just shut the door and call it a day but who knows because im pretty sure the secret neighbor isnt actually the neighbor
even if he closed the door im sure the kids would escape anyway. The neighbor gave you an escape route when he traps you in the attic in hn2, same with the animation and the original hn.
i don't think that's "intentionnal" from the neighbor
and really not sure about that with the hn2 actual ending
which means he lacks intelligence, which probably means he accidently left an escape route that the kids would take.
im sure the lore in the animations have a connection to secret neighbor.
nvm everything here is wrong, during the circus map your trying to escape the circus, so there is literally nothing the neighbor can do when you leave.
so the neighbor probably doesnt lock you in the basement.
