This one is definitely one of the features that Hello Neighbor 2 is missing that was in the first game. AIs should be able to climb ladders maybe there would be a QTE (Quick Time Event) where they would try to pull Quentin's leg while chasing them if they were to climb on one maybe we would have to bash the Space bar, and maybe they would fall down the ladder. However, if they keep catching you on a ladder the QTE won't play anymore and they'll catch you all in one go, but of course they'd all have their own custom animations for catching you.
