So some ideas is like un-used rooms, like these images. These can be used to hide stuff in maybe

Or you can use items outside the map, like houses, the nearby services etc

I've esp been thinking this factory can be used for something soon

I thought about some stuff like;
-The powerbox missing its lever and you have to go find it to achieve something
-Factory can be in charge of the power around Raven Brooks
-We can be breaking into a different area with puzzles
-When the power is off and we go outside into raven brooks, something is stalking us (man in that hat), while we got objectives to finish all around the map services

I'm trying to keep practicability in mind at the same time
