Ever since Patch 9's release, it looks like View Pitch has been broken. View Pitch is what was responsible for how far you can look up and down in Hello Neighbor 2, it was different for standing (80 degrees if I am not mistaken) and crouching (40 degrees if I am not mistaken) . Now it's both the same value and it seems to be 90 degrees. This 'bug' leads to camera clipping issues when looking down.
