My in-game voice chat is broken entirely
I can't hear anyone in the game and I can't say anything myself.
Tried some ways, but they don't work, Including deleting every remaining of the game from my pc and even reinstalling the entire OS
Where can I send logs to find out the problem?

This happened to me on Switch. I couldn't hear anyone nor see the gramophone on my head while talking.
