#Porting and What to Do

Now I’m not mad neither am I angry, I’m fine waiting again, and I understand Porting is expensive and hard to do, especially with Switch, but here’s things that need to be done:

  1. Porting Team, the Porting Team is extremely small, only being 6 People is pretty bad, all it takes is Double or Triple the amount of People that are somewhat experienced, and you’ll be able to get out Updates for Consoles like Xbox and PS within a Week or Two, my proof being that after the Stabilise Patch which was a warm up Port, it took 2 Months to get Patches 3-8 with most of the Team focused on Switch, imagine how fast it would be with 12-18 People.

  2. Don’t weigh down wait time, what I mean by this is mainly Switch, I have to be completely honest, Switch is very hard to Optimise or even get High Level Updates, Patch 3-8 would need to be insanely Low Optimised to function on Switch, and well Patch 9, that’s just impossible, so please don’t weigh down the wait for Updates for Xbox and PS to get Switch up to date because the only way that’s possible is either a 2+ Year wait, or just never.

  3. News, a massive flaw with the last wait for Console Updates was the News given, we would start with News saying we would have to wait a Week to waiting 8 Months, each time it just deteriorated with each Date Expectation that was told, this time don’t give an Estimate Date for an Update amount until you guys are 90% Sure.

It is 100% possible to put the new patches on switch, but theres not nearly enough people on the team to do it. Even with the 6 people, it's still possible, it's just gonna take a while. They absolutely need to multiply the porting team like 3 times in size. We don't want them to be pressured or stressed when trying to port the update.

One thing that will probably get worse with the switch version is the 2 second lag spikes whenever the game autosaves
