Cross platform for everyone!

Please add cross platform for every device!! I wasn't aware it was only cross platform between certain devices and bought it on Xbox and ps4 so now me and my brother cannot play!!

I think making it cross platform on every device would be super useful and benefit the game immensely, more people would buy it and more people would play for much longer!! Plus because it's not Cross platform everywhere it takes a long time for me to join games sometimes 😦 please consider it!!

Or at the very least add a warning or something, I couldn't find a single thing stating that Xbox and ps4 crossplay wasn't possible

why that would make more lag? if the game is not on peer-to-peer, the lag just depends on players connections and the server

I'm not sure if Switch had crossplay with Xbox, but even if I had a really good connexion, it would still be very laggy.

But I know that crossplay beetween a powerful console and a weak console is weird (Xbox and Switch = lag, PS4 and Switch? No lag).

Also, why would you play on quick games at that time before the update?

if a console player join a custom lobby and the map is a custom map

since consoles players probably can't download maps from the steam workshop

instead they ask the game to send them the custom map

the only thing with the second option is that console players aren't able to choose non-downloaded maps from themself

that's why they should also add skill based matchmaking

or just that players with less than X played games are with the same players

Doesn’t always work well. If they even added it, it’d either be:

• very inaccurate and still have huge skill gap, just like Fortnite’s problems with cross play on every platform with skill based matchmaking, just very inaccurate and makes inexperienced players go into a match full of skilled players all because they won one game.

• Hackers, Hackers are gonna be a very common encounter when it comes to SN being cross platform for everyone and I assure you that I do not want to experience dealing with a hacker on SN since teaming up with enemies is more common enough on console.
