When Otto pulls out his gun he would run 20% slower and every shot otto does has a 2 second cooldown if the guns bullets run out he will have a 12 second cooldown before he can use his gun again and it will be reloaded, for the refill gun skill it will be replaced by wooden ducks. You would spawn 2 Ducks and they would starting walking and doing a little toy sound the kids need to walk quietly and sneakily leave if they get caught by the ducks there will be a ping of where the player is and the ducks will slow down the player and chase them until they lose them enough time for Otto to come find them after you use it you’d get a 18 second cooldown. Now last and not least the Radar/Gate Skill otto wont be able to see the kids with it and only can close gates from far and also a new feature thats apart of the radar skill so imagine all maps have a gate trap door thats on the floor and if you walk in it nothing happens most of the time but a rare chance of you falling in it to. Only the neighbors can open and close it on command but ONLY Otto can close them from far with the Radar Skill The Radar skill has a 8 second cooldown

Btw what i meant by 2 second cooldown every shot i meant like a REAL 2 second cooldown unlike the current one that is 00.5 seconds

This actually seems like a reasonable way to fix him for once.
Most people is like;
Once he uses all his shots, he can't use his gun again, or has to wait 4 mins. Legit what people are really saying

But this way seem reasonable and actually still fair
