today, my antivirus once again told me, that the SN.exe file is a trojan. since last night, when the new update came out, it DOES detect it as trojan. today, I couldn't even open it up, until I completely disabled my antivirus protection (while hoping that the 5 steam errors that I got, were because of the missing exe file and not something else). I verified the files (since my antivirus is doing it's job and deletes trojans) to be able to run the game and get an 1 coin skin.
BUT.
I kept getting authentication errors on top of each other.
okay.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. removed the Hologryph folder from Locallow entirely.
BUT!
here comes the main thing, because all of this above was sent to the tb support already!

I run the game in windowed mode. it being something around 1024 px wide (I have an 1920x1080 screen)
the game usually opens up in full screen, and then I have to press alt+enter to make it windowed.
it crashed the game.
I opened it up again, I still haven't gotten past the loading screen btw! doing the same thing, putting it in windowed mode resulted another crash. no error message, it just crashed.
okay. third time.
I left it in full screen, and FINALLY I could enter to get the one coin skin, but I still did not press play, or anything else, because at this point, I expect the game to crash on everything and never open ever again.

Hey! We're aware of ESET giving a false positive virus detection; please let us know if you're using another AV.

Concerning the Authentication error, kindly provide us with the following to look more into it:

  • A link to your Steam account;
  • A screenshot from https://www.azurespeed.com/Azure/Latency where your average latency & graph can be seen - make sure you tick the boxes under East US, West US, West Europe, and the server closer to your area.

# magic oasis Hey! We're aware of ESET giving a false positive virus detection; please let us ...

I'm using ESET Nod32 antivirus, and despite I keep adding the entire folder to the exceptions list, along with the .exe, it just works too well, and kills it anyway, so I either have to fully disable, or delete the antivirus now.

I completely reinstalled the game as I stated above, and now after second restart, I keep getting the authentication error. I'll dm you both the steam profile and the screenshot in a second.
