i just updated my game, exited to play and then i just crashes, before the update it crashes the first time i opened it but when opened again it does not crash, but now i have tried 5 times and now i cant play it.

Hi! Please try the following and let us know if it's fixed:
- Make sure that your GPU and Windows are up-to-date and that your PC meets the minimum requirements;
- Check if your internet connection, and especially latency, is optimized for gaming;
- Completely delete any file on your Secret Neighbor installation folder and rename (to anything) your "Secret Neighbour" folder under %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph;
- Reinstall the game and run it again.

My specs are trash but it was able to run the game just fine before the update (I'm not home rn but when I am I'll tell u)
