Hi! Please make sure that your Windows and GPU drivers are up to date; then, reinstall the game, reboot, and rename your %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\Secret Neighbour\ folder. If that doesn't help, please share your PC specifications with us.

#

Do you receive some sort of error, or does the game simply crash?

#

No, it's well within specs ๐Ÿ™‚

#

Now wondering. Is Intel UHD Graphics ok for the game?

Played 3 hours, no crashes.

#

Except of one, but it was while launching the game at new update.

#

That guy is trying to help everyone. I'm following 2 bug reports and he tried to help.

#

What a nice guy to be honest.

#

Watched it. The game didn't started even tho player pressed on the button play.

#

No pop-up.

I'm patient for 2 reasons that come together.

We're still working on it! Thank you for your patience. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here's a quick recap of the steps you should take:

  • Make sure that your GPU and Windows are up-to-date and that your PC meets the minimum requirements;
  • Check if your internet connection, and especially latency, is optimized for gaming;
  • Completely delete any file on your Secret Neighbor installation folder and rename (to anything) your "Secret Neighbour" folder under %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph;
  • Reinstall the game and run it again.

Could you also provide us with your PC specifications and a link to your Steam account?

naive goblet
#

Hey! It would be preferable if you could send us a link to your account instead of a code. ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, do you mean your Steam was hacked?

#

This doesn't seem like a link to a Steam account. The link format should be something like https://steamcommunity.com/id/ followed by your account name

#

That is the one; thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚ We'll look into it and let you know if we have more suggestions to share.

Hey! As mentioned previously, I'll let you know when more information about it becomes available. Sadly, it takes a longer time to address certain issues, and this is one of them. I suggest that, in the meantime, you try once again all the workaround steps provided previously. Thank you.

#

That's fantastic news! Enjoy the Halloween update pumpkinparty1
