Here’s my Opinion on how the AI should Work:

  1. AI Pausing Delay Time, when the AI Pauses at certain Areas, the AI shouldn’t have to Pause longer depending on FPS, instead make it to where it only Pauses for Less than a Second for each Pause for all FPS, along with this don’t make it to where it instantly loses you if it doesn’t see you during the Pause, instead make it to where if it doesn’t see you it will Pause for a bit more and if it still doesn’t see you, will look around the Room and any Connected Rooms before going into Hunt Mode.

  2. Better Hunt Mode, the Hunt Mode is nice but it runs kinda odd, allow the AI to Check Closets Vents, and also around the Whole Place.

  3. AI Chase, the AI should be able to chase you more easily, if the AI sees you and it’s at a far distance from you it should Speed up to get closer to you, the AI should also know your Location for 3-4 Seconds at all times, but if your not in its Vision after those 3-4 Seconds pass it will Lose you, if you go in a Hiding Spot while the Timer is still going it won’t count and instantly know where you are, but it will remember where it last knew you were before you hid.

  4. Learning, the AI should remember things and also Learn from both the Player and Itself from Encounters of all sorts, it should take Notes to be more Smart, for Example: If your getting Chased by an AI and always Hide in one specific Spot, the AI will remember this so if you lose it again in that Area it will first check that Hiding Spot, AI will remember the Ways you run through Areas so it can Outsmart You next Time, Favourite Escape Routes, Hiding Spots and ETC.
