Mic recording bug and lag

When you screen record and someone is talking in voice chat or you are there wont be any sound, same goses for the game audio and also

Sometimes when you move the camera it lags for like 2 seconds or sometimes 7 seconds or more or less and it’s annoying and this also happens when throwing items or even doing anything!

When i screen record with the mic settings on it still doesn’t work its very weird, when you screen record it would show their voice it used to be like that also sometimes when you screen record there would be game audio or no game audio
