Give PLACEABLE cameras infinite range like in the old versions

I get that there's probably some technical limitation on the current version of the game that prevents them from doing this, but I think it would be neat if (or preferably WHEN) they update the game to add this ability back so you can see something that's happening on the other side of the map. This would also give the placeable cameras a little more uniqueness over the normal mounted/gnome cameras.
