It would be great if they added a walkie talkie that the inventor can create to the game.
although I doubt it will help (in the same way there are devices that the inventor has that are useless, such as the danger detector)
This obviously serves to communicate with your team through the walkie talkie.
When you press the left button, a menu will appear like the one the neighbor uses to disguise himself, the list of players who have a walkie talkie appears.
I guess it would cost two gears

if you use the voice chat you wont hear players that arent near you, but if you both players have a walkie talkie they can hear eachother from everywhere

Here's my idea... the walkie talkies can be equipped like a sauce pan or night vision, but instead of displaying on your head it attaches to the player's waist (it would be better if it was something thats always on the player than something that you have to hold to use, idk maybe I'm wrong)

And the icon would show a bar that slowly decreases whenever the walkie talkie is equipped... Basically after 3 minutes the walkie talkies now are more static because they are loosing power, and after 4 minutes they will no longer work

They should probably cost like 3 gears, and you'll probably need to make them a lot if you want to give most of your teammates walkie talkies
But should probably wait to craft them until later game when there are less kids left and they will be more useful
Or just keep them in your inventory, and wait to equip it until later game so you have full battery left and can communicate with your last teammates easier
Idk I just really like this idea
I don't want to under-mine this feedback post, but I might make my own post about how walkie talkies could work in the game

What would be nice is that you can hear everything on the walkie talkie
for example
If the neighbor grabs a child with the walkie talkie and someone is listening
the player will be able to hear the player's scream... while the sound of how the neighbor disintegrates him... laughing at the moment

Your friend gets caught but their voice mutes and instead you hear their catch scream before it cuts off and just plays static for a few seconds
