Okay, so the intro isn't great. Animation and composition aside, its pacing just isn't good, and it doesn't get across all of the things it needs to in order to provide the proper setup for the coming game - mainly in regards to Quentin's character and origins.
Instead of immediately beginning with Quentin arriving in Raven Brooks, begin in Quentin's office in the Big City. In a neat little parallel to Act 3, he'd get a package from his boss that contains a letter (in croobian ofc) and various files related to the case such as missing posters, which would then fade into missing posters in Raven Brooks, and we'd continue the cutscene as normal from there.
This is a really good opportunity to display more of Quentin's character, seeing as the rest of the cutscenes are deliberately in first person, which doesn't leave much room outside of gameplay animations to show that, and it provides more context to the player about who they are and why they're here.
On a side note, a lot of the gameplay animations lack a lot of polish and character, especially in regards to Quentin. Even if the game isn't in third person, use what we do see of him to animate in the character.
