What I mean by this is the museum, is abandoned right? So in that case, there should be flickering lights coming from the inside. It doesn't make sense, for the Neighbor to come to the museum and the lights are still in mint condition. I think it would be cool if the Neighbor can possibly use generators to power on the lights, to add the feeling that he relies on generators to power on the lights maybe from time to time he could use a gas canister on it. It would also make a great return for generators but also gas canisters as well. EDIT: The museum should be more dim similar to the old blueish lighting.
