Here's a rough draft of his abilities:
Laser Beam: The Neighbor shoots a laser beam from his eye which locks on to a kid in sight after the ability is activated. When activating, first the player must aim the laser onto a desired kid with the tiny white aimer dot. After the dot finds a kid, it will immediately lock on to that kid (The screen will zoom in during this process. Once activated, the Guest Leap bar will appear full and white. After finding a target, the laser will start firing consistently until the bar depletes completely after 5 seconds of use. The laser can be countered by any damage, and/or a significance in object(s) blocking the lasers path. These two things will stop the laser target lock. The laser will run its 5 second course if uninterrupted. Every second, the laser will take off an increasing amount of kid HP. If the full 5 seconds of the laser affects the kid, the kid will be knocked down. Whenever the laser is interrupted, it requires a recharge cooldown. The bar will slowly go up during recharge until it is available for use again. The player will be notified when it is ready again.
Tri-Lens: Being a Robot, the Neighbor can switch between normal vision, night vision, and heat sensor (Neighbor can pick up heat signatures such as fire and kids, lights too if preferred). The heat sensor can even pick up kids hiding in closets. 1 second cooldown between switches.
Electric Blast: From his core, the Robot Neighbor sends out a powerful blast that affects kids in a 20-meter radius. Affected kids are "electrocuted". This will blind a kid for 4 seconds and will take 20% of the affected kid's health. 20 second cooldown.
Positive attributes:
9 HP
Hybrid character, can defeat kids from a distance, escape from a battle, and track kids.
Speed is average - equal to Scary/basic Neighbor.
Negative attributes:
Laser can be canceled.
0.5 second increased stun time
Electric Blast can give away his location.
