I feel like the beak is way too small, but the old beak would be way too big. In the picture I tried a good middle ground of a bigger beak. The red sleeves should definitely come back as they fit the Guest's purple red and brown color palette more, and the bag I believe should make a comeback as well due to it being a pretty integral piece to the Guest's design.

I think theres a chance they didnt change the beak size
Its likely that the hood just covers up more of it and the angle is slightly diffrent enough to the point where it looks smaller despite probably being just as big?

Yeah, that's a crime without his bag if I'm being honest.
The only thing I dislike on the new crow design is the buckle thing holding on his cape. I know it's realistic but I kinda' dislike it.
