In-Game there’s a Glitch by the Fountain and if you step on top of it you make a Splash Sound effect and also Leave Behind these Water Splat Footsteps, this should be used more.

Puddles, if stepping in a Puddle will make the Noise and Splat Footstep, but will continue to make the Splat Footstep even after getting out of the Puddle, and will stop making it after a small amount of Steps.

Rain, if Rain ever comes to the Game, you would always be making the Splash Noise and Splat Footstep, until you get under cover, then like The Puddle you will continue to make the Splat Footstep for a small amount of Time.
