Most games are just you fighting and your entire team fighting the neighbor and less of actual serching. The neigbor should have bigger cooldowns and make the timer when you kill them longer to stop them from attacking for the entire game. i also think that there should be a bigger slow down when the neighbor grabs someone to stop them from strafing to avoid your throws

I disagree, only because its already very hard for the neighbor to do anything
The kids are the ones that rush the entire game usually
And they usually rush and kill the neighbor on the spot
And the goal of the neighbor is to stalk the kids the entire game and kill them
What would probably be better in my opinion is make the neighbor stronger to encourage kids to not fight him and to run away instead and try to loose him in the chaos

The neighbor is already pretty weak after the update no need making him more weaker
