Here’s how to bring back Guard Dog skipper:
Simply have it so that he will chase the Player and try to attack them until they give them the steak in his food bowl, until then you can’t Pet him but once you do you can, along with this there will be Chew Toys and such to use to distract him by throwing them in a direction and he will head that way, along with the same effect with Foods.

Maybe his jump scare animation could be the dog jumping on the player and barking at the player.
Also I think it could be cool that the steak will distract Skipper for 1 minute and when it’s gone the Mayor will put another steak on the grill and Skipper will go back to chasing the player.
