I looked on YouTube to see if it was something I was doing... It's literally the last part of the game. You're the kid with the crow doll. You get all the kids out. You get the last blue key in the giant clock room with the two girls in cages. You open the 'blue lit door' upstairs. You cross the threshold... a long load screen happens... then suddenly you're NOT in that hallway, but in a closet downstairs in the main area. You go back to the giant clock room. You see the blue key in the cage AND back on the lid where you found it (yes... you see the samekey in two places within in the same room). You pick up the key in the cage, and the bugged dupe above you instantly disappears. You go back up to the blue door, open the last lock... again. You cross the threshold... again. Long load screen, then you're back in the closet... AGAIN. Lather, rinse repeat ad infinitum. Super infuriating... it was such a GOOD game up until that point.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and then loaded from the start of the level where the crow first hands the crow kid a doll. Rushed through it to the blue door and still encountered the issue. In fact, twice in a row I exploded out of the hiding closet and started flying out of the map. After a few more tries, it FINALLY allowed me to progress. Happened out of the blue. Dupe blue key easily reproduceable on my end. Finally got all the way to the credits. It was bittersweet, as some of the credit graphics failed to render correctly out (blurry/pixelated).

Damn terrible glitch. Happened to me twice but then I just closed and reloaded the game and it worked fine. Loved the game but that was a ridiculous bug.
