Make a proper HN2 Modkit

An official HN2 Modkit would be amazing, because right now the only way to mod the game is really hard to set up and also very confusing (for me at least)

I think the modkit should be added when the story gets finished though, just so the modkit doesn't get updated and break stuff, kinda like what happened to the current modkit when the full game released and a few of my maps broke.
