Game randomly crashed when I was at the museum after getting the key in backery and everytime I try press Continue in the game menu, the game loads and crashes after 5 sec. Playing on XBSX, I did reinstall the game, redownload the game save, installed the game on windows, tried with cloud gaming too and game still crashes after pressing Continue. Any fix for this?

My last actions were picking up the heart-shaped key and the fish head. I was about to open the door across the head fish with the crowbar then the game crashed.
