Add mr peterson intro from beta

Here's how it will work:

1-Quentin passes out after getting out of the neighbors basement in act 1
2-Quentin wakes up at night
3-Then go stands outside looking around with binoculars
4-Then when he looks at the museum he spots mr peterson looking through the window looking at him
5-The mr peterson disappears behind the curtains
6-Then you have to go to the museum to grab the shovel and pass out again starting the next act cutscene of him waking up

Maybe instead of passing out in the basement Neilson could knock you out or do something to remove you from the house because at that point he’d be fed up with you sneaking there tampering with the crime scene. This could also be where the museum key is and how Neilson got it and gave it to Gerda.
