Hanging Cable Cars

In the old alphas for the game there were hanging cable cars, that we could've actually gone to but it was impossible since we had to find a way to get on top, but it actually had a lot of goodies like a key to open up a shed and Man in the Hat himself and a vandal. It would be cool if you guys can make this return maybe we can see the town from a nice view and heck maybe even get an achievement called "Breathtaking Views", maybe there'd be some secret items we can get up there like a key for something or a pogo stick, and if possible a vandal in one of the cable cars or just some random person. Maybe we'd have to solve some puzzles to get the train cars to work again so in this way it'd be easier to get on it than in the alphas and then ride it. Maybe we can get to one place to another like a travel system.
