The mayak building texture doesn't seem to spawn on xbox one S but the collision is still there. The only thing visible is the old room. I find this quite sad due to the building looking very creepy. Platforms like the Xbox series S/X seem to see the texture because my friend saw Mayak. This screenshot was taken at the worst possible time. I tried to make it a bit darker but that's the best I can do.
